Opportunities to Participate in Research

The Lieber Clinic is affiliated with Columbia University and the New York State Psychiatric Institute, two of the preeminent psychiatric research institutions of the world. Several clinicians at the Lieber Clinic also conduct research, and we have a deep appreciation for the critical importance of research to advance our knowledge and to develop treatments that help people to lead productive lives. We also appreciate that participating in research is a personal choice, but can be an activity participants find deeply meaningful and an avenue for contribution. 

 

With these guiding principles in mind, we share research opportunities which may be of interest to our community. Participation in these or any research study is not a requirement for participation in the Lieber Clinic.
